Anu’s Speaking & Teaching
Keynotes, workshops, retreats, and learning experiences for wellbeing, ethical leadership, and human flourishing.
I’m Anu Gupta, an author, speaker, attorney, and interspiritual wellness teacher who helps people and institutions cultivate clarity, compassion, courage, and connection in a rapidly changing world.
Drawing from neuroscience, contemplative practice, interspiritual wisdom, law, and social impact leadership, I offer talks and learning experiences that are practical, restorative, and transformative.
My work supports leaders, students, professionals, and communities navigating stress, burnout, uncertainty, fragmentation, technological change, and the need for deeper human connection.
Why Invite Anu?
I offer a rare and timely voice at the intersection of science, spirituality, leadership, and social change.
As the author of the award-winning Breaking Bias, founder of two social enterprises, a trained attorney, and a longtime meditation teacher, I bring intellectual rigor, contemplative depth, and practical tools to every room he enters.
My talks do more than inform. They help audiences slow down, reflect, reconnect, and leave with practices they can apply immediately in their personal and professional lives.
I’m especially skilled at meeting audiences across sectors — from law schools and leadership conferences to corporations, healthcare institutions, retreat centers, universities, faith communities, and social impact organizations.
Audiences leave with greater awareness, steadiness, compassion, and agency.
