Author, Speaker & Interspiritual Wellness Teacher
I’m Anu Gupta, an author, speaker, attorney, and interspiritual wellness teacher whose work bridges neuroscience, contemplative practice, and the world's wisdom traditions to cultivate greater resilience, ethical leadership, and human flourishing.
A graduate of Cambridge and NYU Law, I’ve helped more than 100,000 professionals across healthcare, higher education, business, government, and the legal profession develop greater focus, resilience, communication, and well-being.

Wellbeing, rest, resilience, and human flourishing
Ethical leadership and moral imagination
Interspiritual wellness, mindfulness, and contemplative practice
Social impact, philanthropy, and conscious change
Futures, foresight, AI, and technological disruption
Dialogue, belonging, and skillful communication across difference
I’m especially interested in supporting leaders and institutions to navigate burnout, fragmentation, uncertainty, technological change, and the need for deeper forms of connection and repair.
For Law Schools, Law Firms & Legal Organizations
As an attorney, educator, and longtime meditation teacher, I work with law schools, law firms, and legal organizations to support wellbeing, resilience, embodied leadership, and grounded decision-making in high-pressure environments.
My programs help law students, lawyers, and legal professionals develop practical skills for stress regulation, confidence, self-awareness, compassionate leadership, and sustainable excellence.
Breaking Bias
I’m the author of the award-winning Breaking Bias: Where Stereotypes and Prejudices Come From — and the Science-Backed Method to Unravel Them, with a foreword by His Holiness the Dalai Lama.
The book grew out of my twelve years of work through Be More with Anu, where I taught and guided more than 100,000 professionals across 300+ organizations, impacting over 30 million lives. At the heart of this work is the PRISM Toolkit, a science-backed methodology for cultivating awareness, compassion, perspective-taking, mindfulness, and behavior change.
Breaking Bias remains the foundation of my broader work on ethical leadership, wellbeing, dialogue, and human flourishing.
Soul Force for the 21st Century
I write Soul Force for the 21st Century, a Substack exploring interspiritual wellness, contemplative practice, moral imagination, and human flourishing.
Through essays, reflections, and practices, Soul Force explores how we cultivate the inner courage and collective wisdom needed to build compassionate futures where all beings thrive.
Press & Media
I have shared my work on global stages and with institutions across higher education, healthcare, law, technology, philanthropy, government, and the nonprofit sector.
Featured appearances and conversations include TED, SXSW, the Dubai Future Forum, law schools, leadership convenings, podcasts, retreats, and public forums.
